(b)On March 3, 2020, Aetna Wun Trombley notified NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer effective as of March 13, 2020 to pursue an opportunity with an undisclosed privately held company.  Dr. Trombley will continue with the Company on a consulting basis for an interim period to help on strategic topics and to provide operational continuity during the transition process.
